We love to cook and we love to eat good food. We wanted to create a platform that would allow us to make this simple and easy for everyone while giving people the opportunity to love being in the kitchen without having to skirt their own preferences and restrictions.

What if I want to cancel my subscription, can I get a refund?
We do offer full refunds if you cancel in the first 30 days, but you can cancel your subscription at any time and the remaining time in the billing cycle will be credited to your account. If you need a full refund, please email us at support@tafy.ai
Can I use Tafy to create recipes for my own restaurant or website?
Yes, you can use the recipes on Tafy for your own endeavors. The recipes you generate are yours to use as you wish.
Where does Tafy get the recipes? Are they all original? Are they tested? Are they any good? What if I don’t like them?
We use a machine learning approach that is centered around a proprietary knowledge graph. We use a combination of user feedback, machine learning, and generative AI to generate recipes that are tailored to your tastes with the support of large language models (similar to ChatGPT). If you don’t like a recipe, you can always modify it, update your preferences, or delete it and we will use that information to make better recipes tailored for you in the future.
